**Starting salary**:$96,307.00 to $**$130,298.00**+ superannuation**

**The role | Te tūnga**

This is a permanent role based in our Wellington office. This role sits with the Technology Collections team that manages Salesforce and our survey collection systems. The team regularly releases new Salesforce features to support projects and product development. Our Salesforce platform provides systems for field workforce management and survey collections, case management, and CRM. It's a critical system for Stats NZ, used by approximately half of our staff.

You will gain experience in this role with complex Salesforce work in an Agile dev-ops team. We've got a great multicultural team, who are highly supportive of each other.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce developer that has strong technical skills but also has good experience on the functional side. This means they can help our customers to get value out of Salesforce with solutions that are easy to use and make the most of Salesforce's functionality. Our Salesforce platform supports multiple functions in Stats NZ, including the collection of survey data, engagement with external organisations, and managing requests to use Datalab - NZ Government's integrated Data system. You will fix issues, implement enhancements and manage deployment on the platform.

This role would suit someone who can bring:

- Experience in Salesforce Developer with minimum Salesforce Certifications in Admin and App Builder
- Salesforce Functional and Technical skills to support a Salesforce Org using Service Cloud, Omni-Channel & Field Service
- Experience working under time pressure and to deadlines alongside strong attention to detail, a passion for quality and excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge and experience, or willingness to learn about Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Māori
