Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop innovative menus that showcase local flavours while catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
- Lead and inspire a team of talented F&B professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee restaurant, bar, lounge, and wedding operations, maintaining impeccable standards of service and ambience.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an F&B Director in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a multicultural team.
- Creativity and flair in menu development, coupled with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
