**Job Description**:

Sofitel is an exquisite luxury hotel situated in the heart of the vibrant city of Wellington. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor F&B team members, leading by example and maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Assist in menu development, wine selection, and service strategies.
- Oversee service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as well as special events.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, wine, and cocktail service.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
