** Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**

You will have critical responsibility for:

- Planning, coordinating, and executing Workday releases across multiple workstreams
- Ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient deployments that minimise disruption and maintain system stability
- Working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Digital teams to deliver exceptional operational support
- Driving continual improvement in release management processes and champion automation opportunities
- Quickly building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

** Mōu | Who You Are**
You will have 5+ years’ experience in IT, including 2+ years in ERP platform/release management, as well as:

- Strong understanding of release management principles and Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage complex deployments and troubleshoot effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing or related discipline (NZQA Level 7)
