**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
As Marketing Automation Specialist, you will create and manage UC's lead generation and nurturing strategy to increase appeal and preference for UC. You will be responsible for the design, build and iteration of UC's marketing automation strategy and plan to effectively grow and segment marketing leads, and drive student acquisition, conversion and retention from UC's priority international, online and domestic audiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation, optimise marketing platforms, and drive student acquisition, conversion, and retention.

**Mōu | Who You Are**
You will be an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with at least 5+ years' in a digital marketing automation role and hold a Bachelor's degree (NZQA Level 7) in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience, as well as have:

- Experience designing and implementing lead generation and nurturing strategies and programs
- Demonstrated experience and competency using enterprise Marketing Automation platforms like Click Dimensions and/or Adobe Journey Optimiser, and advanced GA4 user with expert skills in GTM and Looker Studio
- Experience or knowledge of other platforms in our stack (Dynamics 365 CRM, Click Dimensions, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Express), Expert in creating and managing UTM parameters and urls
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative self-starter who is hands-on, goal-orientated with strong written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail.
