**The Role**

As a Marketing Lead for Fletcher Living, you will play a crucial role in promoting and marketing our residential developments within the competitive property market. Your primary responsibilities revolve around creating effective marketing strategies to attract potential homebuyers and generate leads. You will report to the Retail Marketing Manager and be required to manage, coordinate and execute the retail marketing for our Canterbury branch. Working closely with the Sales Manager and the Canterbury Regional Manager, you will develop and then execute the retail marketing activity for Canterbury locations. You will also work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure execution in line with Brand guidelines and ensure speed-to-market and timely execution of activities. This role is critical for collating customer insights from the Canterbury market in Salesforce and other available sources, sharing these insights with the broader Marketing team, agency partners, Canterbury Branch, and using them to inform future retail activity.

**About You**

To be a successful Marketing Lead at Fletcher Living you will have the following skills and experience:

- Relevant marketing experience in the residential property, real estate or retail industries
- Strong content / copy writing capability and an eye for detail
- Knowledge and experience in developing and delivering digital and traditional creative content
- Proven experience in managing projects and paid media campaigns from start to finish
- Ability to multitask on a variety of projects, locations and tasks and turn work around in a timely manner
- Agency management experience (across a range of channels) would be advantageous
- Adobe Creative Suite experience would be a benefit in particular Photoshop and Indesign
- A B.Com majoring in Marketing or Communications or a similar business qualification is desirable
