The Territory for this role is based in the Central North Island and covers New Plymouth down to Palmerston North and around to Napier & Gisborne.
**Your Impact**
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, we have an opportunity to engage your creative thinking and customer-centric approach across our grocery channel to maximise commercial opportunities. You will have total ownership for our Better Drinks Co. customer base covering the above captured territory from selling in new products, securing distribution terms and delivering unbeatable non alc beverage solutions, you’ll be a true partner to our customers.
**Other key responsibilities include**:
- Implementing our marketing & sales programmes and executing with excellence
- Negotiating on shelf positioning and new product ranging
- Utilising your commercial savvy to make sound business decision and driving sale targets
- Co-ordination of four part time merchandising staff
**About You**

- Demonstrated sales experience with beverage/FMCG or grocery expertise highly regarded
- A strong communicator who builds memorable relationships with their customers
- Self-motivated with impeccable time management, high attention to detail and a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to get the job done
A valid (and clean) NZ drivers licence goes without saying
