Here's an excellent opportunity to join the business in a Territory Management capacity, focusing on DIY/building merchants and independent hardware retailers.

**About the role**:

- Manage a call cycle of customers in the South Auckland and Waikato territory - both large national and smaller independent retailers and merchants
- Implement national sales and marketing strategy and territory level
- Communicate new product releases and get involved in promotional activities such as Tradie Breakfasts, Trade Shows and in-store product demos
- Provide technical advice and training to retail staff
- Ensure your product looks incredible in-store to ensure maximum sell-through

**About you**:

- You have some relevant experience selling into major and independent retailers - preferably in the building industry
- You enjoy technical products - ideally, you're the sort of person who always gives DIY projects around the house a good go before you bring in the professionals
- You have excellent computer skills and work in a very structured, organised way - this is essential, given that this company has defined processes for everything they do
- You are motivated to succeed and can provide excellent previous employer references when the time is right
- You can be trusted to work in a highly autonomous role
