Our Big4 client is seeking a
**Transaction Services Senior Manager or Director** to join their rapidly growing team in

As a Transaction Services Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance transactions. You will lead a team of talented professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard. In addition, you will work closely with the firm's other service lines, including tax, audit, legal, and consulting, to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence and related matters
- Proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage transaction services engagements, including financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and helping with financial analysis, modelling, and valuation
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, communicating expectations, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring the team's performance meets or exceeds expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide value-added services and solutions
- Work collaboratively with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions to clients
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work, meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the market
