ABOUT THE ROLE
You will report to the General Manager, Finance Operations and take up a newly created to support, uplift and empower the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions whilst the teams transition to a more efficient and automated service.

Leading a team of 11, based out of Wellington you will be responsible for the transactional services team (AP and AR), supporting them to deliver to a consistently high standard.

Help us to transform by
- Actively leading the transactional services team by providing high quality service to members, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver low risk AR and AP functions by working closely with the GM Finance Operations and Procurement
- Work with the Manager Accounting Compliance to manage and improve working capital
- Mentor and grow team members, support and develop their careers

ABOUT YOU
You are someone that prides yourself on being proactive and strong in communicating. You are a planner and able to get ahead of the ‘problem’. You will
- Have proven expertise in AR and AP processes
- Demonstrable experience in leading a team to deliver outcomes
- Be customer-centric in your approach, taking pride in achieving as a team
- Have experience in digital transformation - systems, processes and procedures
- Able to build positive working relationships and be able to influence

This role will suit someone with a shared-services background.

This is a full-time permanent position based out of Wellington, New Zealand. Competitive salary range on offer and is commensurate with experience.
