**Senior Performance Analyst**

**Salary range GSR D**: $98,955 to $132,427 dependant on skills and experience

**Mou - About You**

Bring your relevant tertiary qualification, analytical skills, and significant relevant work experience along with your attention to detail and your enjoyment of working in a fast moving, busy environment where no two days are the same. You do not need to have a Fisheries background. You may come from the private or public sector, or perhaps from within the fishing industry. You'll have:

- Experience in business planning, analysis and performance monitoring
- Experience building productive relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
- Refined interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to collate and analyse detailed business and financial data and information, develop insights, and recommendations.
- Significant experience preparing reports and other written communication for senior leaders
- Ability to provide advice that supports robust decision-making processes
- Skilled in the use of data visualisation techniques.

This role sits within the Strategy and Governance Directorate, and reports to the Manager Governance and Performance. A small, energetic and hard-working team, based on one floor, and surrounded by other smart, galvanised kaimahi working across various teams in Fisheries New Zealand.
