**Do you have what it takes'**
- Management experience of 2 years or more
- Proven operational and procedural knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to coach team members
- Strong customer service & problem solving skills

**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience managing a restaurant or similar business - You will be able demonstrate a successful track record
- Business acumen - ability to understand how to operate a profitable business, financial acumen with understanding of Profit vs Loss etc.
- People Leadership - experience managing successful teams and building a strong team culture
