In this Marketing & Social Media Specialist role, we’re looking for someone to develop our customer journey through social media and drive our marketing performance.

Your to do list will look a bit like:
Collaborate with partners and brands to organise campaigns and promotional opportunities.
Develop our Social Media strategy and performance including Tik Tok
Own our paid media performance and strategy, driving results from our external agencies.
Day to day running of social media channels - commenting, engaging, responding to customers and ensuring we are active and present.
Sourcing and posting organic social media and blog content.
Testing and proofing web pages, EDMs and marketing collateral
Liaising with brand partners to acquire imagery and marketing collateral each season.
Coming up with new, exciting initiatives to drive brand noise across existing and emerging social media channels and databases.
Writing engaging copy for both social posts and the website
Reporting on marketing performance including key social media metrics.
Provide support to the marketing manager with day to day marketing tasks.
Work with other departments across the business including the North Beach in-house photographer.

The right person for this role will be both a doer and a thinker; someone who can think critically and analyse effectively but can also get their hands dirty in getting things done in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a couple years’ experience working within a Marketing Department, with an understanding of all these buzz-words:
Omni-channel marketing
Google Ad Words Search and Remarketing
Google Analytics
Facebook CPC and CPA
Social Media - boosted posts, organic content, UGC, influencers
EDM performance - open rates, click through rates, direct and indirect revenue.
ROAS / ROI performance
Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations
2+ years experience in a Marketing or Social Media role
Proven experience driving social media following and engagements.
Vibrant, friendly people person comfortable working sole charge and in a tight knit team
Passion for retail fashion, clothing, footwear
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Any experience wrangling with data a bonus

This is a full time role based in our Albany Head Office where you’ll be working alongside our E-commerce, Buying and Creative teams.
