We're on the hunt for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join the CARTERS Marketing team based in East Tamaki

With your solid planning, organisational skills and go-getter attitude to deliver great customer experiences, you might just be the person we've been looking for.

**About the role**

Using your digital expertise, you'll work alongside the Trade Marketing Engagement Manager to provide digital support to our marketing team to:

- **
Drive digital aspects of the CARTERS business, **developing**, **implementing and maintaining brand and customer strategies across promotions, initiatives, events and social media campaigns
- **
Maintain content across multiple platforms **that align with our trade customers and brand
- **
- **
- **
Monitor and analyse** **performance** on various digital platforms and campaigns providing insights, analytics and reports to support growth and engagement
- **
- **
Contribute and coordinate** marketing and IT digital projects
- **
Produce engaging copywriting **for digital communications to enhance the customer experience
**About you**

As a digital guru, you'll succeed in this role because you have the following skills, experience and values:

- **
Expertise in implementing digital marketing campaigns**:

- **
Experience in content management systems** - such as Squarespace and Hybris SAP
- **
- **
SEO, PPC programmatic/ display advertising and paid social** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- **
SEM capability, customer segmentation and data analytics**:

- **
Proficient writer with high proofing and editing skills **for content and storytelling
- **
Marketing experience** with a degree in Digital Media Communications or relevant tertiary study in Marketing/Business Information Management
- **
Understand** social media campaigns and marketing compliance requirements
- **
Customer centric digital specialist** that knows their way around the online space
- **
- **
A self-motivated team player** who has high creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and can multi-task and prioritise effectively
- **
- **
Knowledge of WeChat** - Mandarin digital content creation would be advantageous
