We are currently recruiting a
**Marketing Manager **position
**,** a fabulous opportunity for someone to join our innovative and exciting business
**. **You will be the Marketing Lead and part of the NZ Bluebird Leadership Team (BLT) for NZ Snacks ($175MM business). You will be responsible for commercial and brand strategies driving long term consumption, revenue, and share growth.The portfolio is inclusive of ~10 brands, many distinct to NZ Portfolio.

**About Yourself**
- 10+ years Marketing experience in FMCG environment working across Brand, Insights, Media and Strategy
- Strong XF background with experience working in a matrix organization with a highly collaborative XF team
- Proven ability to lead complex cross functional projects
- Demonstrated ability to influence others is crucial
- Proven experience in effectively delivering NPD
- Proven ability to set and drive a brand growth agenda
- Ability to lead change programs effectively
- Strong Planning and Execution capability
- Strong Strategic and Analytical thinker
- Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders and functions across the business
- Results and action oriented with track record of delivering against challenging timelines
- Ability to adapt to changing market environments
- Ability to Lead, Coach, Develop 3 Direct Report across NZ Marketing Team
- Drive and build functional capability across NZ Marketing function

**About the Job - The Challenge **

**Functional**
- Driving the portfolio strategy to deliver long term business growth
- Building the right brand strategies for current brands in the portfolio all levels
- Identifying new white space opportunities to go after with either existing brands or new brands
- Building a robust innovation pipeline that delivers against the portfolio strategy
- Driving the right media and comms strategy to deliver against brand objectives and the key opportunity areas
- Managing multiple agencies as the key point of contact/driver of work (Media Agency / Creative Agencies).
- Responsibility to lead these agencies and assess when to do RFP’s.
- Manage the ZBB process to best utilize the brand A&M (~$7-8mm budget) and drive the right choices to deliver against both ST Business and LT Brand Objectives
- Work extensively across cross functional teams to drive this agenda (GM of NZ, CFO of NZ, Head of R&D, SC, Category, Sales)
- The business size is significant ($175MM) which would be added to scope of existing role

**Leadership**
- As a member of the NZ leadership team and senior member of the ANZ Snacks Brand team, role model the PepsiCo Way and create a growth orientated culture, that develops and stretches talent
- Own and deliver the NZ Marketing strategy and brand plans that delivers profitable growth and share winning execution plans
- Visible external leadership in partnering with agencies
- Provide a strong and credible voice for the NZ Marketing agenda via engagement and alignment with key senior stakeholders across the business
