At Yoobee Colleges, we believe learning should be defined by the exceptional. We offer online delivery, alongside our campuses based in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
- This is a permanent part-time role (27.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday 12 pm to 5:30 pm._
In this role, you will be the friendly face of our lovely campus - delivering excellent customer service and providing the highest level of professional customer service to all visitors/customers.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Ensure our customers/visitors in person and over the phone are greeted in a welcoming, positive manner and are assisted with any queries regarding the campus or courses.
- Manage general reception duties in a timely manner to support the needs of the campus
- Support campus manager and staff with general administration tasks to a high standard with confidentiality being maintained
**Qualifications**
You bring positive energy to your workplace and role, and you enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. In addition to this, some of the other skills and experience you have may include:
- Experience in a customer service or administrator role
- Experience working in education sector advantageous
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent phone manner, strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
- Improving and implementing simple daily processes
- Passion for helping people
