Our client is looking for a primary support contact for users who may need assistance with functionality and/or data within Salesforce. You'll be responsible for maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training in this field.

In this role, you will interface with business users, stakeholders, and other Salesforce team members to develop future plans and provide enhancement suggestions based on feedback and current system assessment.

**About you**:

- Strong ability to meet deadlines and handle simultaneous requests
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce roles, profiles, field-level security, and permission sets
- Creative and analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Effective verbal, written communication skills and relationship-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
