Salesforce Data Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a national not-for-profit organisation.
Our client is a well-known charity in the healthcare sector, providing psycho-social support and raises awareness and advocating on their patients’ behalf. They fund targeted research for better treatments and potential cures.
They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to develop, implement and grow the impact of their new Salesforce CRM.
Initially this role would see you responsible for liaising with Saleforce and the implementation partner, transfer data, develop reporting process, creating customer journeys for stakeholder groups and manage the implementation of seamless connections between data data sources and Salesforce including financial transactions.
Once the new CRM is in place, you will be responsible for:

- Set up new processes to import, export and manipulate our data while ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Proactively managing all monitoring, incident trouble-shooting, improving existing processes and system upgrades
- Ensure seamless integration between the CRM, APIs and payment gateways
- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures governing CRM operations and related issues, including database security
- Provide data analysis to the Senior Management Team and LBC Board on a regular and ad hoc basis
- On-going staff training and support to build confidence and expertise
- Ensure best practice CRM administration processes are in place and being adhered to including:

- Backups
- Upgrades
- Performance monitoring
- Archiving
- Query optimization
- Manage the relationship between LBC and any 3 rd parties involved in the ongoing management of the CRM

This role will suit an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is looking for a role they can take ownership of. You will have 3-5 years of proven technical experience in Salesforce management and be a solutions seeker with a proactive approach.
