Our Geospatial Services team is dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge geospatial technology to drive innovative solutions and enhance user experiences. Our team value integrity, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach as we strive to meet and exceed the needs of our stakeholders.
This role requires a customer-centric approach, engaging with internal customers to identify requirements to deliver tailored solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping and implementing geospatial policies, standards, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring effective systems management and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of geospatial policies, standards, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Manage service requests and incidents related to geospatial systems and evaluate and implement solutions from third-party vendors.
- Collaborate closely with customers to document their needs and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain and develop test cases for new or updated functions, and conduct quality assurance to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Recommend training and support delivery mechanisms, proactively identify and address critical issues and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, mentoring others and sharing knowledge and experience with others.

- At least 5 years' previous experience using the latest the suite of Esri products.
- At least 5 years' data management experience, with strong skills in FME.
- At least 5 years' experience providing geospatial solutions to a variety of customers.
- Proven experience in managing geospatial systems-related service requests and incidents.
- Experience in leading successful projects using project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, ITIL, SDLC).
- Strong customer-centric ethos and approach to work.
- Strong skills in technical writing and documentation of business requirements.
- Proven experience in mentoring, sharing of knowledge, and development of others.
- Knowledge of health and safety systems and practices.

The salary range for this position is $95,706 to $128,271 per annum, with the starting salary of the successful applicant based on their relevant skills and experience.
