Palmerston North, New Zealand Vindra Enterprises Limited Full time

We are looking to hire multiple Drivers for our company. The primary place of work is in Palmerston North region however, you will also be required to travel to New Plymouth as per the business requirement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive trucks or vans of the company to deliver goods to customers.
- Load and unload cargo.
- Maintain complete documentation of the deliveries.
- Refuel & clean the vehicle so that it is maintained properly.
- Report road incidents to the dispatcher if required.
- Ensure you follow traffic laws and drive the vehicle safely.
- Inspect trucks and record issues.
- Comply with driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Manoeuvre vans or trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions

You will be required to work for **minimum of 30 hours per week**.

Other requirements:

- Valid Driver's licence
- Able to pass the drug test
- Physically fit to travel longer routes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
