We're seeking an outstanding Driver Manager to ensure drivers efficiently and effectively deliver against KPIs, ensuring the driver team are equipped, capable and clear on delivering to performance outcomes. They key to your success will be ensuring effective management of resource planning and deployment to cover for absence as needed eliminating disruption to operations. A clear and detailed forward looking plan will ensure these KPIs are met.

**Your days will involve**:

- Managing the daily activities, tasks and responsibilities of drivers, ensuring optimum performance of staff in order to achieve operational excellence and customer service
- Oversee the daily/weekly management and development of the Drivers team's rosters.
- Understand and take responsibility for the Transport Operations processes, policies, SOPs to train employees, monitor performance, measure gaps, create a quality improvement platform, and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Overseeing all fleet is serviced and maintained in accordance with company servicing policies and requirements
- Recruitment of drivers
