An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing to take responsibility for the leadership and strategic direction of our marketing function, based from our new purpose-built head office in Hamilton. Reporting to the General Manager of Products and Deposits, this senior-level role will take responsibility for a small and high performing team, delivering brand, campaign management, sponsorship, social & digital, and events.

We are seeking a strong, engaging leader who has proven experience in achieving success through others. You’ll empower your highly-capable team to deliver positive business outcomes, in line with strategy and business objectives. You’ll possess a commercial acumen that allows you to make effective and innovative decisions, and which will allow you to easily build credibility within the business.

To thrive in this role you’ll demonstrate:

- Significant (c.10 years) senior-level marketing experience and a proven track-record of success in these roles
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- The ability to influence and engage at all organisational levels
- A strategic mind-set and sharp commercial acumen
- The ability to get the best from your team through effective leadership, mentoring and coaching
- Strong project management skills

The role provides the opportunity to take our marketing function to the next level, as our business continues to perform very well. We have set some ambitious growth and revenue targets and the HO Marketing role will be instrumental in achieving these outcomes.
