**The Opportunity**

Due to an internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational leader to create a cohesive and compelling global brand identity for Gallagher Security. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and a key part of the Marketing leadership team, you’ll be responsible for driving the development, execution, and maintenance of the Gallagher Security brand globally to build brand loyalty, recognition, and a dominant market presence.

You’ll also oversee the team responsible for the creation, design and execution of marketing collateral within the Design Centre of Excellence - ensuring our brand and product stories are delivered to market in a consistent, compelling and engaging manner.

We’re looking for a great leader who inspires and motivates creatives to do their best work. You’ll be future-focused with the confidence to challenge thinking and influence internal stakeholders. With proven experience in creating and maintaining a consistent brand identity, you’ll be able to evolve our brand strategy and stories to align with the goals and values of Gallagher Security. To succeed in this role you’ll also have:

- Tertiary qualification with a relevant degree in marketing, business or design.
- 10+ years previous experience in leadership roles within marketing.
- A strong understanding of design principles and how brand elements impact perception and recognition.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
