**About the Role**
As a Commercial Analyst, and reporting to the CFO, you will support commercial, financial planning and analysis to drive business performance. Your key responsibilities include:

- Supporting **budgeting and forecasting** across sales, operations, margin, inventory, and wages.
- Providing **financial modelling and analysis** to inform business decisions.
- Analysing **sales, gross profit (GP), and wages** to assist in target setting.
- Preparing **daily and weekly reporting**, tracking performance against key KPIs.
- Development and reporting on key business metrics.
- Assisting with **month-end processes**.
- Assisting in managing the **master data** in ERP and reporting systems.
- Analysing **costs** and supporting factory performance reviews.
- Supporting other key departments in analysis and reporting for actionable insights.
- Developing **BI capabilities** and delivering actionable insights.
- Project implementation as and when required.
- Preparing monthly reports for the CFO to support strategic planning.

**About You**
We're looking for someone with:

- Strong experience in **retail finance**, with **manufacturing exposure** as a plus.
- Advanced skills in **Excel**, with SQL experience being a bonus.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments.
