**The role**

Based in our **Newmarket s**tore and reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for:

- Creating great customer experiences
- Working towards and achieving individual sales targets
- Ensuring the store is tidy and presentable
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards in store
- Working as part of a team and contributing to a positive team culture
- Holding a key to the store with the added responsibility of opening and/or closing and running shifts when required.

**About you**
- A great attitude; positive, confident and a growth mindset
- A love of connecting and engaging with people - both your team and customers

- Passion for sales and developing within your retail career
- An eye for detail, you notice when things need your attention
- Must be available to work **Fridays**, **7.5 **hours per week
