We are looking for a **Lead eCommerce Executive** to join our Support Office team in Newmarket, Auckland. **The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure seamless website functionality from a shopper's perspective.
- Drive online sales in NZ and AU
- Set and achieve web performance metrics and meet sales budgets.
- Regularly provide recommendations for eCommerce growth and improvement.
- Update website banners and content in line with overall marketing strategy.
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution of EDM and web content to reflect brand messaging and drive sales.
- Manage database growth and customer segmentation.
- Maintain up-to-date, on-brand website content tailored to seasonal and brand messages.
- Report on key eCommerce metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver meaningful reports with commentary and recommendations to the wider team.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar eCommerce role.
- Retail experience, preferably across various sectors.
- Proficiency with **Magento**(or a similar eCommerce website platform).
- Confidence in all aspects of eCommerce management, including uploading assets and managing all product and category data.
- Experience with an ERP and/or other custom integrations.
- A passion for problem solving and a solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- A flair for communication, with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Exceptional collaborative skills; you thrive in team environments.
