Processing Team Leader | Permanent | Full-Time | Hamilton
New Zealand Post is looking for a Night Shift Processing Team Leader to manage our dedicated team at our Hamilton Operations Centre on Earthmover Crescent. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet while supporting the team when the pressure is on.

**About you**:
You're the type of leader who takes a hands-on approach and demonstrates a commitment to safety while fostering a high performing, positive and happy team culture Some other must haves are:

- Available to work Monday to Friday 9.30pm to 6.00am
- Good people management and influential skills
- Flexible to work across other sites if needed
- Possesses high level of accuracy
- Good at being able to forward plan
- Previous experience with holding daily stand-up meetings for your people
- Administration skills as you will also be in charge of rostering, recruitment payroll and other important things that keep the team running smoothly
- Previous experience in the freight & logistics industry is highly desirable due to the nature of daily freights changes
