Reporting to the Trade Commissioner, the Finance & Admin Support will primarily perform the end-to-end accounts payable process. This is a very varied role and they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running This is a full-time role and requires workplace presence for four full days per week. If you are in semi-retirement or looking to downsize your career responsibilities in a new environment, this could be the role for you

**As the Finance and Administration Support person, some of your key areas of responsibility will include**:

- Timely and accurate processing of invoices, supplier reconciliations, preparation of payment runs, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining supplier relationships
- Additional finance activities such as annual budget preparation, monthly program expenditure report, and travel acquittals
- Administrative duties will be to relieve the full-time Receptionist when needed
- Manage the leave records within Leave Policy and procedures and other administrative tasks
- Other duties as required
- Have at least 6 years of relevant financial experience
- Exposure to enterprise software would be advantageous including advanced Excel computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability and proficiency in accounts functions and associated tasks
- Possess excellent English communications skills (oral and written)
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritize, with excellent time managementskills
- Can pick up systems fast, and can work with a computer confidently
