**About the Role**

We are seeking Team Leaders to join our team of skilled, talented and passionate horticulturalists, and landscapers. You will work with a Trades Assistant and be responsible for maintaining and creating some of the most beautiful parks and greenspaces across Auckland. **Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Overseeing a Trades Assistant
- Completing relevant reports.
- Using phone app daily to manage jobs
- Running daily toolbox and pre-starts.
- Delivering seasonal tasks such as annual bed rotations
- Overseeing a Trades Assistant
- General Garden Maintenance including planting pruning, fertilizing, mulching, streepscaping and watering
- Removal of pest plants
- Using an array of small plant equipment including weed eaters, hedge trimmers, blowers etc

**About You**
- Previous experience in gardening/horticulture a must
- Have a passion for working outdoors and love to see the fruits of your labour
- Are committed to providing the absolute best quality workmanship for our Customers
- Have a class one drivers license
- Must be physically fit
- Reliable and always on time for work.
- Comfortable leading and support team members.
- We won’t budge on safety therefore we need someone who is health and safety conscious
- Willing to embrace change and new possibilities
