Our client is New Zealand’s global leader in supply chain solutions and are seeking a new Team Leader to come on board and join them in their mission and goals. They build, supply, and maintain pallets and crates for countless warehouses and are an integral part of the supply chains across the world.

**The Role**

We are seeking a leader of team culture that can drive a production crew to continually improve while providing a safe and injury free workspace.

**Duties will include**:

- Leadership of a small production team operating crate washing.
- Ensuring health & safety standard are being met and maintained.
- Planning and allocating tasks throughout the day.
- Moving product with forklift.

This is a highly physical ‘hands on’ role that will see you working alongside the crew and leading by example.

**Days & Hours**

This role is full time Monday to Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

**Requirements**:

- Must have a full driver’s license with F endorsement.
- Drug test and MOJ check required.
- ACC Background check.
