**The role**
In this role, you will be managing a small team, working together to provide exceptional IT support for one of our tier 1 clients. The role requires a reasonable degree of technical skill across a broad range of areas in IT infrastructure, especially desktop support and a good understanding of ITIL processes.
It is a challenging role, that requires a dynamic individual who is self-motivated, disciplined, ethical and results oriented. They must be able to work unsupervised and on their own initiative.
**Key responsibilities**:
- People management for a small team of Managed Services Consultants
- Technical support up to a level 2 standard
- Working with the client to ensure the team's priorities are aligned with their business objectives
- Ensuring SLA's are achieved across the team
- Maintain a high level of NPS results, measured through both Transactional NPS and Pulse NPS.
- Be an ambassador for Brennan, both to your team and to the client
- Any other task/ duties aligned with your role or in support of your team as advised by your leader.
**Key Skills and Qualifications required**:
- Minimum 4 years IT experience, preferably some experience being in an onsite desktop support role.
- Knowledge/experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Willingness to work from the Customers site 5 days a week.
- Willingness to work different shifts within business hours (8am - 6pm)
- Willingness to do occasional after-hours work.
- Strong Interpersonal and soft skills
- Experience as a people leader, or willingness to learn and attend Brennan Leader training.
