The Technical Services & Compliance Manager reporting to the General Manager Operations, has specific responsibilities to lead the technical, quality systems, quality operations and environmental teams. ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. This critical role offers the opportunity to guide and instill all aspects of unfaltering technical services and compliance in a growing business. Also implicit responsibilities include ensuring all Company standards and objectives are met with regard to quality, cost, availability, yields, safety and technical environmental issues. Your relationships will encompass teams across the site plus interfacing with the SLT. We are also bearing succession plans in mind, so career growth a strong possibility. Key Experience, knowledge and skills asked for are: - Manufacturing; Food Production, or similar - HS&E; RMP, QC, HACCP, FSSC22000 - Audit and Quality Control - Contract/supplier management - Comprehensive knowledge and commitment to GMP - Drives a Continuous Improvement Culture; Processes, Performance, Product - Technical and Quality team leadership and daily management - OMARs, Religious; ensures compliance. - Budgeting, cost control, - Reporting, planning, management contribution - Advanced interpersonal skills, effective communicator - Qualification: Food/Pharma/Technical; (QC, Auditing) - Someone who enjoys mentoring whilst growing, learning and enjoys their job
