Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for 3x Senior Software Engineers to join our cross-functional team, helping to design, build and deliver secure, scalable cloud services that create real value for our customers. You’ll work across our tech stack (C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, Type Script, React), collaborating closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to solve complex problems, drive technical improvements and mentor team members in a supportive and inclusive environment. What you will do Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and maintainable cloud services using C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, Type Script and React Deliver customer value continuously in small, incremental releases to production Partner with product managers and designers to address open ended customer challenges Collaborate across teams on larger technical initiatives, architectural improvements and production operations Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a safe, inclusive and growth-oriented team culture Contribute to technical decision making, ensuring solutions are aligned with team goals and sound engineering principles About you5+ years experience designing, developing and operating cloud-based software at scale Strong skills in one or more of the following: C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, Type Script, React Proven track record of delivering secure, high-performance and maintainable systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams Sound technical judgment, balancing trade offs to meet goals and manage risk Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous environments with inter-team dependencies Experience working in distributed teams within global engineering organisations Growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes Equitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
