Mō te tūnga | About the role
The Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) team provides a range of asset-based services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises.
This position supports System Owners, Programme and Project Managers by maintaining workplans, resource planning tools, and financial management, including budget creation and timesheet administration. You will organize project-related events, manage portfolio registers, and ensure adherence to project processes in collaboration with the Enterprise Project Management Office.
The role also involves co-ordination work in the administration of our production systems, vendors, and finances - compiling accurate portfolio data reports, liaising with vendors, and acting as the key contact for financial enquiries.
Your efforts will contribute to the successful delivery of Digital projects and how we run our business, ensuring we meet budget, time, and quality objectives.

To be successful in this position you will be a values and growth driven individual with:
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Knowledge and experience working within different project lifecycles
- Microsoft Project and Visio skills essential
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills essential
- SAP or similar financial system experienced preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information, as part of programme and project administration in an IT environment
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid-point of the salary range is $88,576 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $75,290 - $106,292 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
