We help clients analyse how to make their assortment, pricing and promotions more profitable and guide them through new product or market planning. Ultimately, we ensure that businesses can better leverage data to help them grow.
We power over 250 businesses with a number of services and solutions including;
- Client consulting services for the retail, grocery, liquor, tobacco and pharmaceutical sectors
- Performance data processing and solutions for the FMCG sector
- Consumer shopper, loyalty and analytics programs
- Software development and cloud-based reporting platforms

**Key responsibilities**:
You will partner with clients and enable them to make data driven decisions. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in data and develop your account management skills whilst being coached and supported by a highly collaborative and experienced team.
Your day to day responsibilities will involve:
- Building and maintaining relationships with small clients and supporting Account Managers on larger accounts
- Working collaboratively with the Database Production team to review IRI databases and ensure client databases and reporting are delivered in full and on time
- Effectively managing all database and report change requests and working collaboratively with the Database Production team to ensure the changes are completed
This is a 12-month maternity cover contract.
**We’re looking for**:
An organised, analytical and pro-active individual, who has a curious nature. You will be passionate about getting into the numbers, have excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills.
You will know how to manipulate data in MS Excel and have a genuine interest in technology. You will be confident speaking to stakeholders and love to go the extra mile to make a difference for our customers.
You will also have:
- A tertiary qualification in a business, marketing or similar
- At least one year’s work experience in customer service, retail or other customer facing position
- Experience in the FMCG industry advantageous
- Regular access to a vehicle
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills
