**What will you do?**

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join our Recruitment Team. In this role, you could be based in either our Christchurch or Auckland Office, and you will supporting our villages and leadership team, to attract and select the highest quality employees. You will also be involved in innovative sourcing techniques, talent pooling, attending career fairs, running recruitment evenings, training hiring managers, opening new villages and so much more

**Who are you?**
