**Job Description**:
An excellent opportunity has recently become available for a **Property Manager** to join our **Real Estate Management Services** team in our Wellington office.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to manage a well-established portfolio of commercial properties with an emphasis on planning and proactively maximising opportunities for client portfolios.

**The value you'll add**
- Manage a nominated property portfolio
- Attend to all property & facilities management related enquiries and requests
- Ensure all property-related obligations are actioned promptly and in a timely manner
- Ensure all assigned properties are maintained effectively
- Negotiate new leases and ensure lease compliance
- Complete operating and capital expenditure budgets and monthly client reports
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Assist with strategic decisions in cooperation with individual owners

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years proven experience in commercial property management is essential
- REA Salesperson’s certificate or willingness to obtain
- Strong client-focus and relationship-building skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
