**Job Description**:
At TOMRA Food we are committed to our brand and as we continue to invest globally, we are looking for passionate and driven Planning Manager to join our team. You will report to the VP, Head of Operations and your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important role in helping the business achieve some exciting goals. Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing:
- Develop material forecasting and stocking strategies
- Work closely with other departments to unify inputs and demand planning outputs
- Ensure efficiency throughout the planning function
- Support site managers to meet sales orders
- Provide purposeful input for monthly reporting including tracking, forecast, accuracy and challenging improvements cross-functionally.
**Qualifications**:
About you:
- Have experience in project planning using Microsoft project or Smartsheet
- Experienced in ERP and CRM implementation will be highly considered
- Have a BA/BS degree or its equivalent in relevant area - Supply Chain, Business, Finance or Engineering
- Prior experience in Supply Chain excelling in demand management
