A role has opened up with this Auckland law firm for the role of Corporate/Commercial Senior Associate/Associate. Working in a corporate team that upholds the firm's core values of integrity, respect, excellence, service and commitment.

Key responsibilities:

- M&A and capital raising as well as general corporate advisory and commercial advice.
- You will be working with a diverse range of clients.
- Dealing with start-ups to SME, large corporate and private equity firms.
- Ability to engage and work with both commercial and corporate Partners.

To be successful in the role:

- You will ideally have 4+ Years PQE.
- Have gained experience in a top-tier or boutique law firm.
- You will play a leading role on high profile high value deals.
- You will Demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to details and initiative.
