Are you an Experienced Host with a background dealing with VIP customers within a Casino environment? If so we have an excellent opportunity for Two new Host's to join us at SkyCity Auckland

**What does a VIP Host do?**
- Build and develop solid relationships with SkyCity's premier Gaming Machine customers
- Assist customers with any booking requests i.e Restaurants, Hotels & Travel
- Promote marketing events & activities
- Ensure our customers are gaming responsibly. Proactively monitoring all guests and also acting on continuous play/stay alerts and reports.

**What are the key requirements for the role?**
- Previous experience working as a Host specifically managing VIP customer relations.
- Experience working in a Casino environment.
- Ideally an understanding of SkyCity's Host Responsibility Programme (or similar)
- The ability to speak a second/multiple languages (preferably French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Korean or Malay).
- strong verbal communication skills - being comfortable approaching people & making conversation.
- Sensitive and empathetic to others needs.
- Over 20 years of age with a good credit history.
- Available to work a range of shifts across a 24/7 roster - this is a Full Time role working 40 hours per week.
