**About the Role**
As a Locum Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the placement of Senior Medical Officer (SMO) locums at Hawke's Bay Hospital. This involves actively engaging with key internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies to ensure the timely and efficient filling of locum requirements. You will take pride in delivering a high standard of service, building strong relationships with stakeholders and locums alike, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

**About you**
As a Locum Coordinator, you will enjoy a dynamic and varied role, requiring the following skills:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Business Studies, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years previous experience managing recruiting processes in a large organisation or relevant recruitment agency experience.
- Intermediate IT skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of best practice recruitment services, knowledge of HR disciplines and processes, superior planning and organisational skills,
- Effective communication skills, positive attitude, ability to build effective relationships, self-motivated, innovative, flexible, able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- High degree of mental concentration, ability to function under rapidly changing and demanding conditions.
