Newly created part time contract for an experienced P&C Coordinator to support a busy P&C Manager. 25 hours pw**Your new company**
Our client is a market leader in their field with a well established reputation and strong business relationships. An opportunity has arisen within their City Fringe based Head Office for a Part Time People & Culture Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

**Your new role**
This role will be supporting the People & Culture Manager with responsibilities including
- First point of contact for HR queries
- Assisting with recruitment including advertising, screening, background checks and coordinating the offer paperwork
- Coordinating processes through the employee lifecycle such as onboarding and offboarding and training
- Reporting and administration support
- Assisting with HR projects
- Ownership of H&S procedures and co-ordinating the H&S committee
- Coordinating payroll

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll have experienced within an HR Coordinator role supporting across generalist HR and enjoy working within a busy and fast paced environment. With a 'can do' attitude, you'll be confident taking ownership of your role and will have a flexible attitude, comfortable in assisting where needed and working across a wide variety of tasks.

You'll be a people person with the ability to build strong relationships quickly at all levels. Ideally you'll have payroll experience although training can be provided for the right person.

This role is 25 hours per week, there is flexibility of how those hours can be worked to suit you.
