**Clinical Co-ordinator - CHT Royal Oak Home & Hospital**:
CHT takes great care of older people in hospitals and rest homes across Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Waikato. As an independent healthcare trust we focus on our residents and their needs and reinvest all surpluses back into our facilities and resident care.

CHT Royal Oak has a job opening available for a full time Clinical Co-ordinator, Monday - Friday, with some on call work.

We are looking for applicants with:

- Excellent clinical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly communications style and the ability to build effective relationships with residents and families.
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Ability to lead, and work as part of a team
- Ability to manage change and promote best practice
- Skills in teaching or coaching others
- Understanding of quality management systems
- Commitment to multi-culturalism, and an ability to work across cultures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Specific area of expertise
- Ability to build effective relationships with external agencies
