**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**
We’re looking for a motivated and community-minded Senior Libraries and Council Services Assistant to join our team at Pt Chevalier Library. This is a permanent, full-time role (Tuesday - Saturday) focused on delivering engaging services and programmes for tamariki and rangatahi across the Albert-Eden and Puketāpapa Local Board area.

You’ll support the Senior Librarian - Children and Youth in planning and delivering creative, inclusive programmes both in-library and through outreach to schools, early childhood centres, and community groups. You’ll also step into a senior role when needed, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
