**Experienced CHECKOUT SUPERVISOR**

We are seeking a permanent experience full time Checkout Supervisor to join our team.

We are looking for a flexible supervisor to work on the floor and create a positive atmosphere for our staff and customers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring our customers gets Excellent Service at all times so that our customers return knowing they will receive the ultimate Customer Service Experience
- Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Know when to open more checkouts, help operators under pressure and remain calm and Customer focused **ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have experience and be confident in providing clear and consistent direction to staff.
- Be approachable for both customers and staff.
- Provide consistently high levels of customer service.
- Be physically able to carry out manual handling of product at different levels
- Be Super passionate about customer service.
- Have strong communication skills and an excellent work ethic.
- Be Reliable and flexible when required
