The purpose of the Team Leader's role is to contribute to the overall success of the company by maximising sales and providing quality customer service in the Kitchen/Plumbing department.

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Plumbing/bathroom knowledge and/or plumbing/bathroom retail experience
- A 'can do' attitude and who is a good team player
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- Confidence using a computer
- An outgoing personality with a positive and friendly manner
- Be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy items
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent merchandising skills

Previous retail experience (within a DIY/hardware environment would be an advantage)

This is a full time position Sunday - Thursday, (approx 45 hours per week). This role reports to the Assistant Store Manager and oversee's a team of 6 direct reports.
