**About the Role**

Sach Lakhvir Limited is currently seeking a reliable and experienced **Café Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café located in Waikato. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, train, and motivate café staff to ensure high standards of service
- Oversee food and beverage preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitor sales, budgets, and cost control to achieve business targets
- Create staff rosters and manage shift coverage
- Drive customer satisfaction and a welcoming café atmosphere

**Requirements**:

- Level 4 qualification or 2 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of café operations, food safety, and customer service
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Barista or food preparation experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Right to work in New Zealand
