**The role**

This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious and strategic Operations Manager to take their career to the next level. As a key member of the Senior Leadership team you will be responsible for driving performance and efficiency across the entire Operations function, helping to build on the organisation's already impressive track record of success.

Your deep understanding of manufacturing performance will be invaluable as you lead the team in pursuing excellence in everything they do. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest industry compliance requirements, and that all orders are delivered on time and in full.
