We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to work in the Financial Planning & Business Partnering team at HPSNZ's National Training Centre at AUT Millennium in Auckland. You will be working with the Partnerships & Performance Team to add value by providing high quality, timely and insightful financial analysis. The role is maternity cover for a period of 15 months.

This role will identify, challenge, and recommend actions to improve financial performance, act as an advisor on financial decisions by influencing directions and actions required. The role will also have engagement with the NSO Finance Managers demonstrating leadership and development of financial reporting accountability requirements.

This is a fast-paced and energetic environment that breeds a culture of excellence. You will be an integral part of a dedicated Business Operations team supporting high performance sport in New Zealand and its elite athletes.

To succeed in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have at least five years of Business Partnering, Management Accountant or Financial Accountant experience, working in a complex environment. You will have strong relationship management skills, with experience providing high quality, timely and relevant finance support to senior leaders and key stakeholders. You will have experience in partnering with key people in the organisation and externally to ensure financial decisions are aligned to HPSNZ's strategy.
