As a Senior Business Change Manager, you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering change management strategies that ensure our people, customers, and partners can adopt new ways of working seamlessly, as part of Kiwibank’s ongoing Transformation.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to guide them through their change journey, coaching them in their roles and enhancing their change management capabilities. This includes working both in the detail when driving delivery, as well as being able to uplift and engage around more high concepts.

As an experienced change practitioner, you’ll be accomplished at supporting senior leaders with the delivery of change work, capable of working across multiple project teams simultaneously and navigating ambiguity with confidence.

Please Note: This position can be based out of Auckland, Wellington, Hastings or Palmerston North

- Proven ability to design and implement effective change management strategies, ensuring timely and quality delivery of change initiatives
- Skilled at conducting detailed change impact assessments and developing comprehensive change plans
- Adept at leading stakeholder analysis and management, focusing on profiling impacted groups and developing sustainable change strategies
- Expertise in developing change adoption plans and conducting change management retrospectives to drive successful outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners across HR, marketing, learning, and more, integrating their contributions into the overall change strategy
- Experience in managing multiple projects at different lifecycle stages and navigating complex program environments Comfortable working with ambiguity and tight timeframes in a dynamic project environment
- Bonus - Ideal to have, but not essential_
- Experience working within the banking industry
- Experience with data analytics
